Refund policy
General Policy
Human Format products are created to order. Because of this we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect colour or size choice
• Accidental orders
Please review product information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified we will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
We cannot process replacements or refunds without photographic evidence.
Lost Orders
If your shipment is confirmed lost in transit we will arrange a replacement or refund after confirming with the carrier.
Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost. In these cases please contact your local delivery provider first.
Incorrect Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery. We are not able to refund orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
Refunds on Returned Goods
Items returned to the fulfilment centre due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed parcels cannot be refunded. We can reship once shipping fees are paid.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once your order is submitted, production begins quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. Reach out as soon as possible and we will try our best.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with the product quality or the print itself, we will replace the item like-for-like once the issue has been confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a clear manufacturing issue.
